Ayurvedic consultations are provided by qualified Vaidyas (practitioners). Recommendations are personalized based on your health profile and dosha analysis. Follow-up consultations may be required for optimal results.
All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including product availability, errors in pricing or product information, or suspected fraud.
All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise specified. Prices are subject to change without notice. Applicable taxes and shipping charges will be added at checkout.

All online transactions are processed through secure, encrypted payment gateways. We do not store your complete credit card information on our servers.
We ship to locations across India and select international destinations. Shipping availability and charges vary by location.
Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to unforeseen circumstances.
Due to the nature of Ayurvedic products, returns are accepted only under the following conditions:
Return requests must be made within 7 days of delivery with photographic evidence.
Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days to the original payment method. Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Orders can be cancelled before dispatch. Once shipped, cancellation is not possible. For service appointments, cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance.
We are committed to protecting your privacy. Personal information collected is used solely for order processing, service delivery, and improving customer experience. We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.
